All the orders inside Greece are overloaded with 6� that correspond in the postal expenses of ELTA (Greek postal services). Orders outside Greece are overloaded with postal expenses depending on the weight and according to the price list of ELTA.

All the orders are dispatched within 2-5 weekdays. You can see the progress of your orders by logging in your account and selecting "History". In certain cases and depending on the availability of asked products, shipping an order might take longer.

In case you want to return a product, you should first send a e-mail in the address info@panepistimiako.gr where you should explain the reasons for which you want to return the product. We request that you do not return any product without first contacting with us. In case the error comes from our side, the shipping expenses will burden us.
