...this book was mostly written as a need and debt of honour towards my first teacher and father Liang Che. It is not just a simple collection of information. I had the honour to be given manuscripts that their history are rooted deep in the centuries and describe the story of the temple of Shaolin... As I was growing up having these manuscripts, at the same time my debt towards them was also growing. The result was to dedicate myself to the Shaolin temple and what it represents with all my heart, soul and powers. I hope that the knowledge of this book will be a source of inspiration and will lighten a bit the path of the martial arts trainee.
